Kamiza - San Francisco Aikikai
The San Francisco Aikikai Kamiza was designed by Mitsunari Kanai Sensei, 8th Dan, Shihan, Chief Instructor of New England Aikikai. Sensei gave us the Kamidana plus the veil of cloth on the left side which is from an antique robe originally worn by the high priest of Kyoto; and also the Aikido scroll written by Kisshomaru Ueshiba, Second Doshu and is probably one of the last ones done by him.
