Editor's Corner
Welcome to the Spring Edition of Aikido East 2005. As you can see, we had a great response from people wanting to share their seminar photographs. Thank you all so much for keeping this newsletter a successful and viable means by which we can all communicate, share ideas, and invite eachother into our dojos.
People have expressed how much they like the kamiza/dojo section. It does not need to be difficult to submit pictures of your dojo. Several people have suggested I use pictures from their dojo website. That has worked very well, so let me know if you'd like to participate in that simple process.
Please remember that Aikido East does not post flyers of individual seminars. You can find the list of seminars in the Newsletter through the Events Link to the USAF website at www.usaikifed.com. However, please remember that you should contact Susan Wolk in advance if you are planning a seminar so as to avoid unnecessary scheduling conflicts.
If you have any questions, ideas, articles or photos, please email me directly. For now, I only accept digital photographs by email, not regular prints. Hopefully that will change and I will let you know.
We are also trying to compile an accurate email address list of USAF Eastern Region dojos, so please remember to email us if and when your address changes: editor@aikidoeast.com. Also, many of the subscribers' email addresses are no longer valid so please re-subscribe if you have changed your address. I will be deleting all addresses that are returned as undeliverable.
The next edition will be online September 15th 2005, so take notes, take pictures and stay in touch!
